Integrative Acupressure does not require any special preparations. Clients remain fully clothed, and, unlike acupuncture, acupressure does not use needles.

Although acupressure is very useful for treating the conditions listed on the What I Offer page, it is best utilized in a preventive mode. Clients who received acupressure for an extended period of time tell me  they “don’t feel as stressed as they used to be” or “they feel more peaceful and centered.” I find clients who receive acupressure over a long period of time have made a “quality of life” decision that improves their physical health, mental health, quality of relationships, and physical performance.
